SOFAS
Our premium Acacia Fabric from Belgium is available in a dozen different textures and over a hundred colors. Our signature fabric is fire retardant, scratch/water/stain resistant. It does not release any chemicals over time, even when exposed to direct sun. Moreover, any immediate spill can easily be wiped with a damp cloth.
We only offer Full Grain Leather, the highest rank of leather in terms of quality. Its natural surface is unique, strong, and durable as it contains solid fibers in the hide and is breathable resulting in less moisture from prolonged contact. As full-grain leather ages, rather than wearing out, it burnishes and beautifies, developing a much sought-after patina and unique character that cannot be easily duplicated.
Our sofas' frames are made out of Kapur wood, found in lowland tropical rain forests of South-East Asia. Kapur Wood is famous for its high surface hardness (class 2 durability), weather resistance, unmatched quality, and resistance to termites.
Caring about animal welfare is one of our ultimate goals. We got certified by the Responsible Down Standard, which verifies that no geese or ducks are harmed, across our supply chain, from farm to finished products.
All our sofas are under warranty for one year (does not include wear and tear).
Additionally, any fabrication defects from our sofas' structure or cover are replaced as soon as possible. Our feather-filled cushions can be refilled free of charges during the first-two years of purchase.
DINING TABLES
Our Quartz (Marble/Classic Serie) dining table tops, natural stones sourced in Vietnam, are top quality, easy to maintain, and long-lasting. In addition to being scratch, stain, and microbial resistant, our stone table tops are also certified by NSF and GreenGuard as safe for food and free of volatile organic compounds. Finally, our material prevents mold growth, is environmentally friendly, and under warranty for 15 years.
Our wooden dining table legs are made of solid Ash wood, which is hard and strong at the same time. It also has good properties of resistance towards alkalis and acids and high elasticity.
Our metal dining table legs are powder coated. It adds to the durability, helping the frame to withstand damages better and last longer- Corrosion Resistant. Powder coating also provides a protective barrier that helps prevent corrosion, hence avoiding rust and moisture.
SHIPPING POLICY
Lead time upon delivery of made-to-order items:
SOFAS: 6-8 weeks
DINING TABLES: 2-4 weeks
*Kindly understand that some delivery dates may delay due to unforeseen events due to COVID-19.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
a) Payment made is not refundable or transferable.
b) Goods ordered and/or sold are not subject to change, cancellation, and/or return.
c) Goods delivered must be checked, and any defects or discrepancies must be notified immediately. No responsibility is accepted, and such goods are not returnable.
d) Goods subject to delay for not more than four weeks from the confirmed (Date of Delivery).
e) Storage needed after the agreed date of delivery, will be charged at $50 per item per month.
